Terms and conditions of participation

With your registration, you make a binding offer to enter into a contract. The contract shall come into force upon being confirmed in writing by sales projects architects. The right to attend may be transferred to other persons at any time. All prices for open seminars are quoted in Euros (€) plus VAT and cover the following services, unless other terms were expressly stated in the offer: • Beverages will be provided during the seminar • Trainer fees, technical equipment, room rental, etc., and costs relating directly to sales projects architects • Material for participants and documents which are provided by the lecturer. Charges for training fall due upon receipt of the bill. If the billed amount has not been paid at the latest by the beginning of the seminar, then sales projects architects may refuse participation. 50% of the seminar fee is payable in the event of cancellation of contract thirty (30) days prior to commencement of the seminar. Thereafter the seminar fee shall be due in full also on cancellation or retirement.

Data protection

If you submit the data entered in the registration form by clicking the “send” button, you agree to our use of your details to answer your request, to register or to contact you. As a rule, no transfer of your data to third parties shall take place. You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect. In the event of cancellation, your data will be deleted immediately.
